These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between SONALI BHUIYA, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”). By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

  • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.

  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event. 

  • These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

The item should be sent within 2 working days post receiving the products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Coupon codes

  • Vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ISIRI Stone Creek, Akshayanagar Bangalore 560083.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The item should be sent within 2 working days post receiving the products.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 199, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Delivery Policy

We do standard delivery.

Shipping will take place within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery will happen within 3 to 5 business day after your order is placed.

You will receive the tracking ID when the item is dispatched.

Any failed attempt to deliver, will get the refund as per the refund policy.
